Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
In some situations, PPE may be required for handling substances. Any such requirements should be articulated in the hazardous substance risk assessment. As with any PPE you are supplied, you should ensure you have been trained in its proper use.
It is also up to you to use the items only for the intended purpose and to maintain your PPE in good condition.
